Doublegate | Johns Creek GA

A family home brought to life through trust, collaboration, and a shared vision in Johns Creek, GA.

The Doublegate Residence was a true collaboration between our team and the homeowners. From the beginning, our clients understood the importance of the selection process and played an active role in shaping the details that would ultimately make this house their home.

The property itself has a unique history, having passed through several hands over the course of nearly 37 years without being developed. Our clients, however, were committed to seeing the vision through. As they searched for the right builder, we invited the family to tour several homes we had previously built, giving them an opportunity to experience our work firsthand and understand our approach to construction.

They ultimately entrusted Bamkoles Design + Build with bringing their vision to life. That trust became the foundation of our relationship throughout the project. Our role was to listen, understand their ideas, guide the process, and execute those ideas through design, construction, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

The result is a beautiful home created specifically for a young family and the way they want to live. What was once an undeveloped piece of land is now a place they can call home- and, more importantly, a place where they can look forward to creating memories for many years to come.
