From the first time we walked into this upscale manicured neighborhood, we knew this would be a perfect site for the Beggins. We took advantage of the wooded lot situated on a gentle slope with careful thought on environment crafting the gorgeous 6280 Sqft on the perfect location that blends into the natural habitat using the beautiful trees on the Trl as backdrop to carefully craft a unique outdoor experience for our client.
The scope was a transitional style, open concept 3 levels, 3 car garage home with a daylight basement. Our client wants to spend as much time together as a family, this was key in designing converging spaces like the gourmet kitchen, the finished indoor cinema and the oasis outdoor living.
